Hi, I'm Lori.
I spent 17 years as a school psychologist sitting with children, families, and educators through some of their hardest seasons. What I witnessed again and again was something remarkable: people are deeply resilient. They just sometimes need a safe space, a compassionate guide, and the right tools to access what they already carry within them.
That understanding is now the guiding force behind everything I do at Abundant Heart Healing.
I bring both professional insight and genuine warmth to every session, along with a healthy dose of humor, because healing doesn't have to be heavy all the time.
