Introductory Healing Session

Your first session is dedicated to getting to know you: what brought you in, what your goals are, and how you prefer to work together. You likely have many questions and the extra time gives time to discuss everything. A tailored energy work session follows with time for expansive integration conversation and suggestions for future sessions.

Children’s Reiki Session

A gentle, nurturing Reiki session designed specifically for children. Sessions are age-appropriate, playful where needed, and always conducted with a parent or guardian present in the room. Supportive for children experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, sensory sensitivity, school stress, grief, or big life transitions.

Teen’s Reiki Session

A full healing session adapted for teenagers, who often carry enormous emotional weight and are rarely offered this kind of support. Teens can engage with Reiki, guided meditation, oracle guidance, and intuitive support in a space that meets them with zero judgment.

A sacred gathering for collective healing, energetic support, and community connection. Each circle has a seasonal or thematic focus: cord cutting, self-worth, grief, new beginnings, and more, tailored exactly for your group.
